What You Will Work On
- Reading AI/ML research papers and extracting usable ideas
- Converting research into working algorithms and code
- Designing and running experiments quickly
- Studying how AI agents fail and mapping those failure patterns
- Building evaluation systems for AI agent workflows
- Comparing technical approaches and combining ideas across papers
- Helping design reliable, cost-efficient AI agent architectures
Some days papers. Some days code. Some days experiments. Some days debugging a broken idea. Some days helping shape the product itself. That is the role.
